Sometime in 2016 I watched a Stefan Molyneux video in which he comprehensively explained how many outright lies the mainstream media were telling about then Presidential candidate Donald Trump. In every single instance, Trump’s words were twisted, taken out of context or simply fabricated. And as we know, it just got worse from then on. At the time I decided to not trust any reportage on Trump’s words on any topic and instead resolved go to the source, preferably audio or video rather than transcripts, when in doubt.
Now seems a good time to do this again. Because quite a few people are angry that Trump is pushing the vaccines, vaccines that are now proving to be not quite the panacea that they were promised. Is he really? Here’s a recent interview with him on The Water Cooler. The host asks him about the vaccines directly and President Trump replies:
“What I did…well, first of all there were no mandates with me, I had absolutely no mandates. The governors were allowed to do what they wanted. Most Republican governors did the right thing and most Democrat governors didn’t, with the lockdowns and all the other things they did, including their views of the vaccine. I was able to get something approved which has proven to save a lot of lives. People say I saved 100m lives worldwide. But I was able to get that done in nine months versus five years to twelve years if it ever got done. I got the FDA to do the things that they…it was pretty amazing what we were able to do. But as far as using it, as far as the utilization, I never demanded anybody use it, I never had a mandate. And I think that’s very important to know.”
Interesting: he never mandated anyone take the vaccines and yet somehow he thinks he saved 100m lives worldwide by getting them approved in record time. He also thinks most Democrat governors didn’t do the right thing, including their views of the vaccines.
What’s going on here? Is there a reasonable explanation for Trump getting the vaccines approved quickly that he never forced anyone to take, thereby saving tens of millions of lives? Well we now know the Gates Foundation wanted to vaccinate us out of the pandemic and for lockdowns to extend to five years:

So after we’d all been driven mad by being confined to quarters, only then would the vaccines have been rolled out, after which we would have all quite willingly taken them. So basically Trump accelerated the vaccine program until he broke it. We now know that the vaccines are pure poison, causing so many strokes and heart attacks that excess mortality rates in some European countries are the same as they were in World War 2. But the point is we know that right now instead of only finding out shortly after 2025 when the lockdowns may have been lifted by the powers that be.
Trump is in it for the species folks. He’s not here to personally rescue you from what was a devastating event in geopolitics. If you’re offended because you don’t understand what he’s been up to, that’s still no excuse for not using your common sense. I refused the vaccine because the pharma companies have a history of being untrustworthy, they were immune from any liability, the virus seemed survivable even though it was very infectious, and there’s been an awful lot of foreshadowing that there would be a coronavirus pandemic in 2020 which made me suspicious that the pharma companies were somehow involved. No thanks.
By accelerating the vaccine program, Trump saved a lot more than 100m lives.
EDIT: Trump has absolutely encouraged people to get the vaccines. Thanks to timothyswork on Gab for these corrections:
“I hope everyone remembers when they're getting the COVID-19 Vaccine, that if I wasn’t President, you wouldn’t be getting that beautiful 'shot' for 5 years, at best, and probably wouldn't be getting it at all. I hope everyone remembers!" — Donald J Trump, February 28th 2021
"I would recommend it and I would recommend it to a lot of people that don't want to get it and a lot of those people voted for me, frankly." — Donald J Trump, March 16th 2021
"We have our freedoms and we have to live by that, and I agree with that also. But it is a great vaccine. It is a safe vaccine, and it is something that works." — Donald J Trump, March 17th 2021
"Get those shots everyone!" — Donald J Trump, December 17th 2020
“I guess in a certain way, I’m the father of the vaccine because I was the one that pushed it. To get it done in less than nine months was a miracle.” - Donald J Trump, April 29th 2021
"Everybody, go get your shot." — Donald J Trump, February 28th 2021
"It works incredibly well. 95%, maybe even more than that...and it is really saving our country and it is saving frankly the world." — Donald J Trump, March 9th 2021
"It will save millions of lives, and soon end the pandemic once and for all. These vaccines are also very safe." — Donald J Trump, December 11th 2020

Goodness knows why.
I can be the Boss of Me, not you ! I firmly believe that President Trump has been on a mission to save Humanity since before 2015 . He came into the political arena on his own not with the pomp & circumstance of the RNC or the DNC, He paid his own way until the Primaries, He took no Pay, He fought political onslaughts against Him & His family everyday for 7 years now, He lost some of his personal fortune during his Presidency but, He Got Shit Done !!! I Salute Donald J Trump !!
Thank you for making clear how it was his words that constantly get twisted. At the time I heard virus was not life threatening, I had a strong distrust in vaccines and there were other options available if you became very sick. I always figured there was more going on behind the scenes as to why he saved millions of lives and we would get the explanation. Your article is a common sense explanation and wish all those people that focus on him pushing the vaccine would stop and think logically. Have a very liberal friend who told me Trump said to drink bleach. I said no he didn't. She said I heard the interview, and I said so did I. Conversation stopped.
